Employers Advantages Disadvantages • More choices for recruiting (disabled) • Easier to send employers to different places near their homes • Save money on transportation • Increase productivity • Lack of communication • Emotions cannot be transferred - misunderstandings • No face to face communicate • Lack of competitive spirit
