  3. By Conquest D/I Indicator By AQ *Please note that a number of LSP TOG Contacts with associated kWhs were kept back due to a process change. These were released in the period 01/01/08 to 31/03/08 and therefore the kWh figures would have been skewed for this period and for the period for which they were received. This skew in the periods pre and post 01/01/08 has been mitigated by presenting the figures for the whole period 01/07/03 to 31/03/08.

  4. By Conquest D/I Indicator By AQ *Cleared Reason CCAC indicates that the contact autoclosed after 80 days due to a lack of action by the shipper.
