  30. Hints for Filters • Check settings when you don’t see the records you expect to see. • Check the ‘Number of Records’ if some are missing • Use the ‘Automatic Display Filter’ box

  32. Templates Skyward templates cannot be edited, you must CLONE the template to make it your own first. You can also use ADD to start from scratch.
