  4. RADNI PAKETI 1 Management i Monitoring Projekta, 2. Povećavanje konkurentnosti industrijskog sektora: Klasteri, 3. Energetska Efikasnost, 4. Povećavanje konkurentnosti industrijskog sektora: Ekološki menadžment industrijskih zona.

REALIZOVANE AKTIVNOSTI Početak projekta 18.Oktobra 2007. - Razvoj Akciong Plana projekta za period Oktobar 2007. - Juli 2008, - RazvojPR & Marketing Plana i aktivnosti, - RazvojPlana Nabavki i Tenderske procedure , - Realizovan Pilot projekat – Podrška Klasteru proizvođača poljoprivrednih mašina u Srbiji, - Priprema lokalnih radnih grupa u Subotici, - Promocija projekta u medijima Decembra ‘07 i Juna ’08.

REALIZOVANE AKTIVNOSTI • Realizovano pet tenderskih procedura (od sedam), • Formirane lokalne akcione grupe u okviru tri teme: Klasteri, Energetska efikasnost i Ekološki aspekti razvoja industrijskih zona, • - Pripremljen deo Studije izvodljviosti na temu Energetska efikasnost, • - Pripremljen deo Studije izvodljivosti o Klasterima, • Učešće na međunarodnoj konferenciji u Ferrari i Pescari i organizovana međunarodna konferencija u Subotici i Novom Sadu, • Otvoren WEB Sajt projekta www.acind.eu

PEDSTOJEĆE AKTIVNOSTI Završetak SI Energetska efikasnost u regionu, Završetak SI Klasteri u regionu, Promovisanje projekta, Diseminacija primera najbolje prakse i znanja na radionicama i međunarodnim konferencijama, - Organizovanje radionica (inicijalnih-Jun 2008 i završnih Oktobar 2008), na tri teme, - Sastanci sa projektnim partnerima, transfer primera najbolje prakse, znanja i iskustva, - Implementacija plana, aktivnosti i incijativa za dugoročnu saradnju među parternima.

  13. Da li postoji podrška u regionu ( politička, institucionalna, pravna, u načinu razmišljanja)? Postoji institucionalna i politička podrška, kao i razvijena svest preduzetnika o prednosti koje imaju klasteri kao oblik povezivanja i postavljanje industrijskih zona na ekološkim principima.

  14. Koji su partneri uključeni ? Javni parteri (Pokrajina i Opštine) i privatni partneri (banke, MSP, udruženja preduzetnika) Kako obezbediti održivost projekta ? Neophodno je uključiti privatne partnere kao investitore i budućim fazama implementacije studija i projekata koji se dobiju kroz razmenu sa projektnim partnerima.
