The course features a unique blend of classroom presentations, field laboratories, case studies and practical exercises Designed to familiarize participants with commercial and military explosives, improvised explosive devices, and readily available explosive formulations that have been used or could be used by terrorists or other misguided individuals.     23. The training also focuses on planning, policies and procedures that support effective and safe response to bombing incidents. This course is designed to instill in participants a respect for the destructive potential of explosive materials that could be used in a WMD incident Course Design

    24. The course is also designed for training personnel who will be authorized to present the four hour awareness level training course to individual in their organization, department or agency. Course Design
