Emergency Management for Higher Education Institutions Within Five Years • Working w the states, Change New England’s Preparedness Culture markedly • Enhance individual preparedness thru integrated educational programs • Connect age groups through EM/HLS educational programs • Provide alternative EM educational programs for high school, Outward Bound, Scouts • Enhance EM/HLS knowledge base thru HiEd “network”; connecting them with their EM communities, exemplars, fed centers of excellence & others
