Good Practice to Improve Nutrition • Screen for malnutrition with ‘MUST’ – use the correct core care plans and implement the plan • Highlight at risk patients to staff think - RED TRAY • • Prepare patients for their mealtimes, by offering hand hygiene and correct positioning • Protect your patients mealtimes
