Project Quality Assurance • The Quality Plan was delivered in July 2017. • It describes the monitoring and evaluation of the quality of the : • Project Deliverables • Project Processes
Project Processes Quality • Quality of the project processes: • Questionnaire with an assessment of the performance of the consortium and of the current state of the partnership • Internal evaluation • Every 18 months: Next evaluation April 2018 • Online survey, with the participation of all • Satisfaction survey with threshold of approval: • More than 70% of weighted answers with score ≥ 3.
Meetings & Events • Meeting and event evaluations • Internal evaluation – after the implementation of a meeting or event • Meetings: Meeting Evaluation Questionnaire, circulated by the QM in online form • Events: Event Evaluation Questionnaire, by all partners, paper form, translated in all languages. Results tabulated sent to the QM for analysis. • Both are satisfaction surveys, with threshold of approval: • More than 70% of weighted answers with score ≥ 3.
Meeting evaluations • Evaluation Questionnaire for the meeting in Leipzig, September 2017 • Questionnaire circulated by the QM in online form on September 21, 2017. • 20 responses were received from the participating members • Threshold of approval: • More than 70% of answers with score ≥ 3. • Average answer: 100% scored ≥ 3 • Overall, participants were satisfied with the works of the meeting (agenda, project progress) • There were some complaints about the late change of schedule, the lack of socialization among partners outside the meeting and some aspects of hospitality (catering, accommodation) • Although the overall analysis does not dictate any immediate action, results are a useful reminder to the partners-meetings’ hosts that all aspects of meetings are important for the project quality.
Training evaluations • A Training Evaluation Questionnaire is available • To be used after the end of the trainings/seminars • Using hardcopies of the standard document • Threshold: more than 70% of weighted answers with score ≥ 3. • An updated version (v.2) of the standard training questionnaire was delivered for the trainings of the students to WP2 leader. • Results expected after each training.
Event evaluations • Event Evaluation Questionnaires • Distribution in paper form • Threshold of approval: • More than 70% of answers with score ≥ 3. • The 2nd Industry – Academia Council Meeting was evaluated as an event (held in Amman, November 23, 2017) • 34 questionnaires were answered • Average answer: 100% scored ≥ 3 • The results are all positively above the threshold
