CATATAN • Sebaiknya Biaya Confrence dan Publikasi Dipisahkan. • Pihak Ketiga Harus Bisa di Control oleh Pihak Pertama Walaupun Sudah Memberikan Kuasa Kepada Pihak Kedua untuk Mengurus Proses Publikasi. • Biaya Publikasi Dibayarkan Sesuai MoU dan Setelah Accepted. • Pastikan Pihak Pertama Mengetahui Pihak Ketiga/Publishernya. • Check Publishernya di Scimago dan Scoupus. • Artikel dari Peserta Luar Panitia, Subtansi dan Sistematikanya Cukup Bagus. • Artikel dari Peserta Panitia, Subtansi dan Sistematikanya sangat rendah dan Menuntut untuk dipublikasi di Journal Bereputasi. • Harus ada Tim Publikasi khusus untuk mengedit, melayout, mendeley, proofread artikel peserta ICGLOW. • Harus ada Tim ICGLOW yang memahami perjalanan management Journal melalui OJS dari Submit hingga Publisher. • Semua Artikel Peserta Harus Diturnitin, yang Hasil Turnitinnya di atas 20 Persen Langsung di rejeck.
