Targeting The Middle The general purpose of MMAJ is to serve its members • To advance the professional and economic status of the Middle Managers’ in public & private employment • To promote high standards of supervisory practices and management practices • To encourage participation in professional associations, to provide a means of exchanging information, and expressing opinions on matters pertinent to supervisory standards
