  4. Myth A myth is a traditional, oral story handed down from generation to generation that is told to explain why some things in nature happen or exist. We cannot tell when they started. The Greeks are known for their myths. Example- Hercules and King Midas

  5. Why is it important to know structural characteristics of a myth? It will help us to become readers by strengthening our comprehension.
