Brown • Started with the CFMC in 1976. • Virdin, as we affectionately call him, was the first Chairman of the Caribbean Fishery Management Council, representing the USVI. • Mr. Brown was Commissioner of the DPCA of the USVI. • Mr. Brown served as Senator and President of the Senate of the USVI. • Virdin represented the people of the USVI and has been associated with the CFMC for 33 years (1976 to 2009).
