Observing Ourselves • In this afternoon’s session we will each take a turn at observing each other lead a PoLT conversation and providing feedback on this. • What are we trying to achieve (see session 1) • What do we value in a good PoLT facilitator? • What might we see if the facilitator is doing a good job? • How might we record this?
