SPL : ph. #: e-mail: Troop 709 TLC/PLC Phone Tree & E-Mail List Instructions: - When a phone tree starts, please try to make all your calls as soon as possible. - The SPL starts the Troop TLC and/or PLC phone tree by calling the ASP and each of the Patrol Leaders, as the case may be. - The ASPL calls all the TLC ‘staff,’ then calls the SPL when all are contacted - Pass on the message exactly -- it may be best to write it down!!! - If you don’t get an answer, or if you get an answering machine, go on to the next person down the list. - Keep calling the person you missed. - Finally the ASPL calls the SPL to let him know who was or was not reached.
