  2. Successful Integration Efforts • Shared dental, medical, and behavioralhealth records in new electronichealth (EHR) record system. • Relocated dental clinicfrommobile dental van to semi-permanent operatorieswithin the clinic. • Improvedinternalreferralsfromvaryingdiciplines.

  3. Challenges to Integration • Implementation of new EHR. • Disruption of services, (e.g., frozen pipes on mobile dental van, inconsistentstudent rotations). • Training primary care and behavioralhealthprofessionals and support staff on oral health.

  4. Strategies Used to Address Challenges • Researched software thatwouldallowintegratedEHRs. • Moved dental operations inside building. • Provided in-services during staff meetings to ensurethathealthprofessonals and staff wereadequatelytrained on oral health.
