View Published Reports • Click on Test Results tab. • Click on View Published Reports sub tab. • Click on the View By: County/District or Site radio button, to view or print reports from your county/district, site, or class. • Click on the organization name to see a list of reports for that organization. • Click on the Report Name to view the report. 4

Updating Demographics • Reviewing Demographics • SDF Layout • Filter/Sort • Manual Updates • Update manually after a completed test attempt, until 6/8/12. • Student Data • Test Assignment Data • No RSDU updates • Updates for Grades 3-8 student demographic information can no longer be made via RSDU. 8

  9. Manual Updates – Student Data • Click on Student tab. • Click on Student Data Information sub tab. • Search for the student. • Click on the name of the student you want to update. • Click Edit. • Make updates. • Click Save. 9

Manual Updates – Test Assignment Data • Click on Test Management tab. • Click on Register Students sub tab. • Search for the student. • Click on the name of the student you want to update. • Click on Assigned Tests tab. • Click on the name of the test you want to update. • Click Edit. • Make updates. • Click Save. 10

  11. Adding Teacher Certification Numbers Modified SDU Template for Teacher Certification numbers on PearsonAccess. Click on Support Tab and then Template link. Must be uploaded during the Grades 3-8 district demographic correction window: 5/29 – 6/8 Districts will receive an error message when uploading the file. This should happen. Pearson will be retrieving the files and loading them from the districts.

Resolve Student Alerts • Paper Document with a data not matching existing students, registrations, or test assignments. • Data problems must be resolved by June 8 for students to be reported correctly in final reports. • Alert Reasons • Invalid State Testing ID • Invalid Student Attributes • No Student Registration • No Test Assignment • Failed Validation • Mismatched Organization Not all problems can be corrected on this screen. You may need to go to another function within the system and make the correction there. For example, if this student has no test assignment, you would go to Student Registration and assign a test. 13

  14. Resolve Student Alerts • Click on Test Management tab. • Click on Resolve Student Test Alerts sub tab. • Click on the name of the student to review the alert. • Click Edit. • Make updates. • Click Save. 14
