D-Day. From the view of paratrooper Robert Warner. This is me right before our assault on the shores of Normandy, France on D-Day. This is what got me into being a paratrooper. This is my registration card for the U.S. air force. There were a lot of paratroopers.

  2. This is me right before our assault on the shores of Normandy, France on D-Day. This is what got me into being a paratrooper. This is my registration card for the U.S. air force

  3. There were a lot of paratroopers This was the platoon of solders that I jumped with. This is us jumping out over the shores of France, to attack against the Axis forces.

  4. This is the view out of the plane when we jumped As soon as we landed we were in the thick of battle unfortunately we weren't the only things being dropped from planes.

  5. This is me after the battle, celebrating by declaring the shores of France ours This is the Axis forces surrendering This is me after I had to carry the dead off of the battle field
