  3. How to get your Activation Code 1. E-mail– helpdesk@highline.edu. Send an email using the same e-mail account that is on record for you at Highline. Please include your SID number, and your street address, including zip code. 2. Phone– (206)878-3710, ext. 4357. Please have ready your SID number and your street address, including zip code. 3. In-Person– at the HelpDesk inside building 30. After the quarter starts, bring picture ID (student ID card is acceptable), your SID number, and your street address, including zip code.
