Causes • Rheumatoid Arthritis is caused when your body fails to recognize your own body tissue and bones, and attacks it like a disease. No one is sure why the body does this. Rheumatoid Arthritis
Effects • It begins attacking the hands, elbows, ankles, feet, and knees. After it keeps progressing it can affect blood vessels, cartilage, and your lungs. The joints start to swell and feel stiff. Then the bones start to erode, causing your body to misshape (see picture). X-ray of a hand
Treatment or cures • There is no known cure or treatment to get rid of this arthritis. But, you can take medications to help cope with the symptoms. Big toe is under the little ones
