Utilizing SharePoint SharePoint is the University's business collaboration platform for the Enterprise and the Web. • If you have either current paper or electronic documents SharePoint is your answer for storage needed to house your daily operations. • SharePoint takes file storage to a new level, providing communities for team collaboration and making it easy for users to work together on documents, tasks, contacts, events, and other information. In addition, team and site managers can coordinate site content and user activity easily. • Current paper reference material that you normally store on your desk KnowledgeLake can be used to scan them into SharePoint creating easy access. • Once your current material becomes obsolete you can choose Onbase to archive any information that you need to keep moving it out of SharePoint. • Contact Us: (502) 852-5286 http://louisville.edu/it/services/next-gen-services/document-management/sharepoint
