BROKEN ARROW SOUTH LOOP BRIDGES

1. Oklahoma Turnpike Authority Proposal No. _____ Contract No. CKT-1344 BROKEN ARROW SOUTH LOOPBRIDGES • The work to be performed under Contract Number CKT-1344 • consists of constructing Section 4 bridges which are two span • structures including five TPU bridges and two TPO bridges. • These bridges carry vehicular traffic over the Broken Arrow • South Loop and West Branch of Broken Arrow Creek. The • bridges utilize concrete deck on prestressed concrete beams • consisting of 72-inch Bulb Tees (5,104 LF) of AASHTO • Type IV (8,185 LF). The bridge substructures utilize stub • abutments founded on steel H-piles along with concrete bent • frame piers founded on drilled shafts and pile footings. The • horizontal and vertical alignment of bridges consist of both • tangents and curves. • Additionally, the work to be performed consists of placing • pavement and subbase, installing guardrail and fencing, and • constructing driveways, drainage systems, topsoil and seeding • for E. 111th Street South, South 129th East Ave., South 145th • E. Ave., South 161st E. Ave. and South 177th E. Ave. The • work also includes removal of the detour roadways and grading at • E. 111th Street South, South 129th E. Ave., South 145th E.
