  6. Developing P.A.V.E The working groups met 5 times in 2011 and were composed of more than 100 experts. P.A.V.E was presented to the European Commission at the EYV 2011 closing conference in December 2011 in Warsaw, Poland.

P.A.V.E Objectives • More efficient and effective policy framework • To support and promote volunteers, volunteering and volunteer-involving organisations. • Ensure a lasting legacy for EYV 2011 by encouraging all stakeholders to address the shortcomings of current policies. • Addresses Stakeholder groups according to EYV 2011 objectives
