4. Download notice document. Download tender and supporting document from here.

5. Upload document by click on ‘Upload’ button .

6. Bidder can upload document from ‘Briefcase’ .

7. Select Document and click on ‘Upload Document’ button.

8. Click on ‘Ok ‘ button.

9. Documents can be view and remove from here.

10. Click on ‘Place Bid’ button to filled technical bid.

11. Enter Data in editable field.

12. Click on ‘Allow’ to allow this site. 1st Click on ‘Encrypt’ button to encrypt data

13. Click on save bid button.

14. Click on ‘Ok’ button.

15. After click on ‘Save bid’ button message displayed as ‘Bid saved successfully’. Bidder can edit bid by click on decrypt button.

16. Click on ‘Close’ button.

17. Click on ‘Place Bid’ button to enter Commercial bid.

18. Add data in editable field and click on ‘Encrypt’ button to encrypt data .

19. Click on ‘Save Bid’ button.

20. Click on ‘Ok’ button.

21. Bidder can edit bid by click on decrypt button.

22. Click on ‘Close’ button

23. Click on ‘Complete Task’ button to view all envelope data were completed or not.

24. Click On ‘Ok’ button.

25. Click on ‘Ok’ button to complete task.

26. Bidder can also check completed task from here.

27. ‘Check Task’ and click on ‘Print’ button to print receipt.
