  1. Wer wir sind • Pink Molecules, die in Basel beheimatete und gesamtschweizerisch tätige Orga-nisation setzt sich für die Anliegen der homo-, bi- und transsexuellen Angestell-ten der chemisch-pharmazeutischen In-dustrie ein.

  2. Unsere Arbeit • Im Brennpunkt steht der Abbau von Vor-urteilen und die Gleichberechtigung der Betroffenen in Fragen von Anstel-lungspraxis, Gehäl-tern, Beförderung und Altersrenten.

  3. Diversity – ein Beispiel • Novartis verbietet Diskri-minierungen, auch Diskrimi-nierung aufgrund sexueller Orientierung und strebt eine möglichst vielfältige Beleg-schaft an – sowohl hinsicht-lich Geschlecht, Alter und Herkunft als auch punkto Ideen, Denkweisen und Lebensformen.

  4. …und sonst • Pink Molecules führt auch gesellschaftliche Anlässe durch. Hier beim Besuch des Pharmaziehistorischen Museums in Basel.
