  1. FLVS SCIENCE CLUB ELECTION PLEASE VOTE FOR ME! • Science has always been a very important part of my life. Since the beginning of middle school, I knew that I wanted to become a medical doctor or medical researcher. By studying hard and becoming a part FLVS Science Club, I am getting closer to achieving that dream. I plan on majoring in neuroscience or neurobiology in college. My graduate school interests at this point in my life are still unknown (so much to choose from)! • I have decided to run for president, vice president/secretary, and chair service for several reasons. First, science is and always be a huge part of my life. I would love to contribute my ideas to better the FLVS Science Club. Second, I am a senior this year. I want to be able to look back and see that I made a difference to a club/organization I believe is of the utmost importance. Third, I would love to get to work with all of the wonderful and interesting FLVS Science Club members. Since I am home-schooled, it would be terrific to be able to feel a part of a bright and open-minded group of peers. • My name is Patricia Izbicki. I am currently seventeen years old. I am a senior in high school. I have been schooling online sense my freshman year of high school. However, I just started Florida Virtual School in May of 2009. • I am running for the president, vice president/secretary, and chair service and activity for the FLVS Science Club. • Although this is my first year in the FLVS Science Club, I am currently a blog correspondent, report, and social direction for Keystone National High School’s NABT Bio Club. • My other interests and hobbies include competitive tennis and piano. I am also a part of the National English Honors Society, the Keystone Connection (school newspaper), and the FLVS Junior Classical League, and the FLVS Model U.N. team.
