  2. When I opened the word document and pressed the Caps Lock key on the keyboard I heard a short beep. The beep was high-pitched. When I pushed the button again I heard another short beep. However, this time it sounded slightly different. The sounds alternated each time I pushed the Caps Lock button.

  3. This time, when hitting the Caps Lock key, I heard the same beeping noises as before. However, it was also accompanied by a visual clue. When I hit the Caps Lock button the screen flashed different colors; it looked as it did when the contrast was changed in the third slide.
