  1. Skill-Based Amusement Machine (SBAM) Online Registration and License Application Paying Fees Online

  2. After completing the attestation then clicking the “Submit” button on a registration or license application, you will automatically be directed to pay the application fee. Check this box to calculate the application fee Click Continue

  3. Click “Continue” to enter payment information and pay the fee. If you would like to pay the fee on another day, you may log into the portal and click on the shopping cart. Click on the cart to pay fee on another day. Click Continue to pay the fees

  4. Choose which method you wish to use to pay fees by clicking on the radio button for Electronic Check or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)

  5. Review the payment information entered and if correct, click “Confirm” Click “Confirm” after entering payment information

  6. A copy of the receipt will be automatically e-mailed to the applicant. You can also print a copy of your receipt

  7. If paying a license application fee, the application will now appear on your dashboard as “Submitted.” If paying registration fees, registration will appear as “Active.”

  8. If the Commission has made a determination to grant the license, the applicant will receive an e-mail to pay the license fee. The license will be issued only when the license fee is paid. Log into your dashboard and click on the cart at the top of the screen to pay your license fee. To pay the fee, click on the cart above

  9. Once the license fee is paid, the Commission will activate the license. The applicant will receive an e-mail that the license has been activated and the license will appear on the dashboard.
