Here we have listed reasons why it is necessary to impart skill based knowledge to children. Deals With Real Life Situations More Interesting & Easy Learning Skill based knowledge helps you in dealing with real life situations. Theoretical knowledge is no good if you do not know how to use it appropriately.  Practical or skill-based exercises such as field trips, projects etc. make learning more interesting & fun. Thus, learning by doing makes it easy for children to learn. Improves Practical  Performance Develops Better Understanding Reading a book or theory will only help students gain theoretical knowledge but skill based knowledge enhances their ability to perform things practically in a better way.  Just reading about a phenomenon or lesson doesn't mean that you will be able to interpret it completely.
