Have an assessment programme that covers • All critical locations (no initial sampling) (2.3.1) • Utilisation of local AB (2.3.1) • Activities of critical locations or under their control (2.3.2) • All critical locations to be assessed on site (not necessarily prior to accreditation) (2.3.3) • Interfaces with head office (2.3.4) • Frequency of surveillance and reassessment (Justifications for reduction from normal) (2.3.5)
Relations with a Local AB that is not used • Propose as subcontractor or invite personnel as team member (2.4.1) • Subject to appeal by CRB (2.4.2) • Training, Supervision and Monitoring (2.4.3) • Special local aspects (2.4.4) • Paid for as normal team member (2.4.5)
