Friday • When we came to schoolinBarnstaple, I met my echange partner and his familly. When I unpacked my baggage, we went with Mateusz and ourexchange partners on thebeach. There we met with Paulina and Paige, Dawid and Emma, Marcel and Lucy, Szymon withBethan, Piotrek withPiter, Ada withKate and Ola withIndi. We played rugby and cricket, and it was interesting. About 9 pm we came back home, and I and my partner played on Wii.
Saturday • On Saturday we went to Bath. Theonlythingthat I rememberisthe moment, when we drovethe bus withoutroof, and that we admired old but stillbeautifulbuildings. Aftersightseeing we had a free time. We could go shopping, and eat lunch inMcDonald’s. Attheappointed time we appearedinmeeting place, and we came back to school. In theschoolour partners was waiting for us. Laterwith Ada, Ada, Ola, Kasia, Kuba, Marcel, Paulina, Szymon, Piotrek we went to Tom, to seeEurovision Song Contest. There, we atelasagne, pizza, cakewithicecream and othermeals. About 10 p.m I came back to home.
Sunday • Day withthefamily. We came to Barnstaple for fewhoursuntilafternoonwheredidsome shopping withour partners on High Street. Later, we met Mateusz, Paulina and Piotrek. About 3 p.m we came back home. We ate dinner. It was delicious, and laterwith Mateusz and Ada and ours partners we came to walk around park. At 7 p.m we came to Kate and Ada’s place, where we met Paulina withPaige. We playedgamecalled „drake” on theplayground. It was intrestinggame. About 9 p.m I came back home.
Monday • We went to Lynton, wherewithguide we weregoingaroundthevalleys. Aftersightseeing we went to town, where we hadfree time for shopping. Wheneverybodycame to meeting place on appointed time, we went upthehill by funicular. Atthehill we weresightseeing, and later we went to lunch, we aterollswith jam, and drankteawithmilk. When we came back to school, we went to Emma’s house by Routemaster. We playedwithstudentsfromEngland, but not witheveryeach of them. Whodidn’t want to play justsat on thebench, and later we went to home, becauseit was cold.
Tuesday • Part of thatday we spentinPiltonSchool, watcheddance group show, and later we was dividedintogroups, inwhich we learnedthedancemoves. When we rehearsedourarrangement we coulddemonstratethem on stage. Afterdance we went to Barnstaplewith a city guide, and then we went to High Street to do some shopping. After shopping we went back to school for Eurodinnerwhich was prepared by Englishstudents. On theevening we came back home.
Wednesday • On Wednesday we went to Clovelly. We came up the hill to see the Ocean. When we came back we sat in the cafe and played cards. When we went to King Arthur’s birth place, we watched short film about history of this place. When we climbed on the hill we could see the Atlantic Ocean - the view was awesome. When we came back to school, our partners waited for us, and next we drove by bus to Marcel’s place. We drove about ½h, and later Lucy’s parents picked us up, because there are no buses that goto her village. In her house we ate hamburgers, hot dogs, icecreams, and later we came to park. About 9 p.m we came back.
Thursday • About 8 a.m we went to Exeter to „Devon Show”. That was my first „show” in country style. When we camethere we had 5 hours of free time. In groups we weregoingwhere we wanted. Thebiggestimpressionmade on me differentkinds of shows. About 3 p.m we came back to Barnstaple, wherefromschool we drove homes withour partners. Paulina, Ola, Dawid, Szymon and their partners cameabout 7 p.m to my partner’shome. We grilledmarshmallows and played rugby. That was awesome and funny. About 10 p.meveryonecame back to homes.
Friday • About 9 we drove to Exeter. We didsightseeing of thetownwithtourguide. Before 12 we went shopping, and then went to eat lunch. About 5 p.m we came back to school, and we went homewithour partners. After 7 p.m I, Mateusz, Dawid, Paulina, Szymon, Ola, Marcel withour partners went to Kate’shome, Ada’sexchange partner. Therewerewaitinggrilledmeals. That was delicious. Aftersupper we playedcards and on PlayStation 2 console. About 10 p.m we came back home.
Saturday • Anotherdaywiththefamily. Finally, we couldsleeplonger. I wokeupabout 10 a.m, and with my exchange partner we went to townwherehermothertookus. In the park we met with Mateusz with Tom. There was a picnic. On stagethere was a rock band[?] playing, thenBethan, Szymon’sexchange parter went on stage. Shesang a fewsongswhichwereexcellent, and sheplayed on herguitar, too! About 1 p.m we went to „Let’s go!” where we wereice skating with Paulina, Dawid, Ola, Ada and theirexchange partners. After 4 p.m we went to thebeachwhere grill hastaken place withourpartner’sfamilies. We sat, ate and played on thebeach. At 9 p.m we came back to homes and we prepared to come back to Poland.
Sunday • After 2 a.m we drovewith Mateusz to meeting place. After 3 a.m we went to airportin Bristol, where we waited to about 5 a.m for check-in. Aftercheckingin we got on theairplane. At 7.05 a.m we flew to Poland. After 10 a.m we arrived to airportinCracow, and we pickedourbaggage, and went to Kromolow. When we came to schoolourparentspickedupus, and we came to our homes.
