Timeline of Project: Created Marketing Plan (Designed Banners and Flyers) Figure Out Competition Stages Contact Potential Sponsors 4th of July Marketing and Social Network Marketing Topic Proposal to Prospective Sponsors Collected Donations, Pre-Registration Packets, and Waivers Check in contestants and weigh them for placement in their divisions Actual Event Date Set up tables for food, event day registration, and actual event stages Record times and reps for individuals and teams Take money for late registration and raffle tickets Announce Winners and Raffle Prize Drawing and Thank all Sponsors
