Apparent relies on distance from earth and absolute is the true brightness. How does the absolute magnitude of the Sun compare to its apparent magnitude? Absolute is higher because it’s so close to earth.

  7. What is a circumpolar star? A star that is always visible in the night sky because it’s so close to Polaris. Ex. little dipper in Northern Hemisphere
