Problem Statement In the 20th century, toilets with hinged seats became a common household utility. As a result, women have had an issue with men leaving the toilet seat up after use. According to Robby Casteel, an online statistician, 54% of all men do not put the toliet seat down after use in the household, and women claim to find it up more than that statistic suggests.
