Problem • Hickory Ridge High School has the latest Technology • Technology is not being used to its fullest potential • Hickory Ridge should be a model school for other in the district • Lack o f positive communication, cooperation, respect and trust between staff members and administration
Problem Continued • In the last 4 years, 27 new teachers have been placed at Hickory Ridge • Have great potential in helping the school reach its vision • Recently hired teachers have not meshed with the more experienced teachers
Solution • Principal O'Connor needs to change his leadership style • Lead with a humanistic style • To gain respect of all faculty • Influence the experienced staff and gain the respect of the younger staff while motivating both • Stay positive and neutral
