Mobile Health Center Sample of Medical Services Employees and family members enrolled in Presbyterian Health Plan may be seen for the following services: Minor Illness • Allergies, Bladder Infection, Cough or Bronchitis, Earache/Swimmer’s Ear, Mono, Pink Eye, Sinus Symptoms, Sore Throat/Strep Throat/Laryngitis, Urinary Tract Infection Minor Injuries • Bruise/Minor Abrasion, Burns (Minor), Insect Bite or Sting, Splinter Removal, Stitch/Suture/Staple Removal, Strains, Sprains Skin Treatments • Acne, Eczema/Dry Skin, Poison Ivy, Poison Oak, Skin Infection Vaccinations • Influenza (Flu), Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap) Wellness Services • Health Screens (Blood Pressure Check, Cholesterol Screenings, Blood Glucose, A1C), Annual Physical Exams (Other Than School/Sports/Travel) No Co-Pay!
