  2. Property Location and Background YUKON Casino Deposit Minto Mine Carmacks Cu Deposit • 100% Interest in the Freegold Mountain Project, within the Dawson Range, central Yukon • Located approx. 200km north of the city of Whitehorse • 70 km northwest of the town of Carmacks, on the Klondike Highway – paved road from Whitehorse to Dawson

  3. Property Location and Background • From Carmacks, the unpaved Freegold Road and additional subsidiary unpaved roads provides access to a large portion of the project area • Work conducted out of the main Revenue camp and several smaller satellite camps • Has been under active exploration for several decades • Other Major Projects in the area • Minto Mine (Cu-Au) – • Producing since 2007 • Carmacks Copper (Cu-Ag-Au) – Permitting/Feasibility • Casino (Cu-Au-Mo) – • Permitting/Pre-Feasibility Casino Western Copper Whitehorse 200km

  4. District Scale Freegold Mountain Project, Yukon Road Accessible Consolidated Land Package Comprised of 1,051 contiguous claims totalling 198 square km Host to numerous deposits and showings Porphyry Au-Cu systems Epithermal Au-Ag base ± metals, and Gold Skarn NI 43-101 Resource Initial Target Deposit Zones Drilled by NFR 35 km/22 miles 10km/6 miles

  5. District Scale Freegold Mountain Project, Yukon • Focus of 2010 and 2011 Programs in Nucleus and Revenue Area • Potential for a large scale gold-rich porphyry system Open pit mineable resource NI 43-101 Resource Initial Target Deposit Zones Drilled by NFR Drilling: ~3% of property drilled to date (White dots represent holes drilled to date on the property)

  6. Freegold Mountain Project - Regional Geology • Property is underlain by the Paleozoic or older metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks of the Yukon-Tanana Terrain • Extensively intruded by Jurassic to Late Cretaceous rocks of the Coast Plutonic Complex (Stikinia) • Mid-Cretaceous rocks include the Dawson Range Batholith, Casino Granodiorite and Coffee Creek granite • The above units are cut by Late Cretaceous sills and dykes of felsic to intermediate composition • Property is transected by moderate to steep dipping northwest-trending faults which parallel the Tintina and Denali faults

  7. Freegold Mountain Project - Property Geology • Property is bounded by two major structures, the North and South Big Creek fault zones • Between these two major structures are two sets of secondary structures – west to northwest and north to northwest – multiple reactivations • Mineralization controlled by these two sets of structures

  8. Nucleus and Revenue – Nucleus Deposit Geology • Most advanced exploration target on the property • Geology dominated by variably altered basement metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks, younger quartz monzonite and granidiorite and a quartz-feldspar porphyry dyke suite Nucleus Deposit

  9. Nucleus and Revenue – Revenue Zone Geology • Variably altered granodiorite and quartz monzonite • Feldspar porphyry dykes • Centered around an intrusive breccia – Revenue Breccia Revenue Zone

  10. Nucleus and Revenue - Mineralization • Mineralization occurs within all basement and younger intrusive rocks and appears to be structurally controlled • Alteration includes extensive clay alteration, biotite, sericite and silica alteration • Mineralization associated with pyrite/pyrrhotite + chalcopyrite +/- molybdenum in veins, veinlets and infill in breccias and less commonly with gold bearing quartz +/- arsenopyrite veins and veinlets • Recent age dating indicates mineralization associated with one mineralizing event - Classified as a Porphyry Au-Cu-Ag±Mo deposit

  11. Nucleus and Revenue – Re-evaluation • Built database, went back and looked at soil geochemical survey, airborne and surface geophysics and historic drilling in the Revenue area. • Identified a significant gold and copper soil anomaly covering an area 6 km by 4 km (24 km2) extending from the Nucleus deposit eastward across the Revenue Zone • Historical Drill results from the Revenue Zone has significant Au, Cu, Ag and Mo numbers over extended widths • 2010 Program Objectives: • Continue to expand on the million ounce NI 43-101 inferred gold resource at the Nucleus deposit • Drill test the large scale gold and copper soil anomaly (6 x 4 km) which extends from the Nucleus deposit eastwards to beyond the Revenue Zone

  12. Nucleus and Revenue – Au Soil Anomaly

  13. Nucleus and Revenue – Cu Soil Anomaly

  14. Nucleus and Revenue – 2010 Exploration Program • Nucleus • ~ 4,500 m of diamond and Reverse Circulation (RC) to expand the resource at the Nucleus deposit • Revenue • ~ 6,000 m of RC and diamond drilling to systematically test several priority targets.

  15. Nucleus and Revenue - Geophysics • Titan-24 (Quantec Geoscience) Deep Penetrating IP/Resistivity Survey to identify large scale (porphyry gold-copper system) targets associated with and adjacent to Nucleus-Revenue system

  16. Nucleus and Revenue Zone – 2010 Results • Highlights • Successful drill program in Nucleus zone; expands the Nucleus resource laterally and to depth • Successful drill program in Revenue zone; defines significant near surface gold, copper and silver mineralization open laterally and to depth • Titan Survey identifies 6 zones of interest over and around Revenue Zone and Nucleus Deposit • Results from the Titan Survey combined with the drill results from Revenue Zone confirms a large scale mineralized system encompassing the Nucleus Deposit and extending east through the Revenue Zone

  17. Updated Nucleus 43-101 Resource, Revenue Target Deposit • *Au eq. Calculation used conservative 3 year averages at time of calculation in February 2011: • US$856/oz Au; US$14.40/oz Ag, US$3.31/lb Cu • 148.5 *M t @ 0.70 g/t gold, 0.90 g/t silver and 0.06% copper;241.5 M t @ 0.47 g/t gold, 0.98 g/t silver and 0.07% copper; • *AuEq calculated based upon US$846/oz gold, US$14.40/oz silver, US$3.31/lb copper; metallurgical recoveries and net smelter returns are • assumed to be 100% ; 3the potential quantity and grade is conceptual in nature; there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral • resource it is uncertain if further exploration will result in discovery of a mineral Rresource;Qualified Person as per NI 43-101 responsible for technical information in presentation is Allan Armitage, Ph.D., P.Geol.

  18. Nucleus and Revenue Zone – Titan 24 Results Nucleus and Revenue Zone – Titan 24 Results • 6 large scale zones of interest extending east from the Nucleus Deposit through the Revenue Zone were defined by the survey

  19. Nucleus and Revenue Zone – Titan 24 Results Nucleus and Revenue Zone – Titan 24 Results • Casino Deposit Outline • Reserves • 8 M oz, Au 4.4 B lb Cu, 475 M lb Mo P & P • (0.24 g/t Au, 0.21% Cu, 0.02% Mo)

  20. District Scale Freegold Mountain Project, Yukon • Focus of the 2011 Program: • Upgrading of the Revenue Zone from Target Deposit to Inferred Resource • Titan 24 IP survey over the Stoddart Cu-Au-Mo Zone • Revenue target deposit, the Nucleus deposit and the Stoddart Zone are all part of a large scale gold rich porphyry system NI 43-101 Resource Initial Target Deposit Zones Drilled by NFR Drilling: ~3% of property drilled to date (White dots represent holes drilled to date on the property)

  21. Revenue Zone – Initial 2011 Drill Results • The holes reported here include in-fill and step-out holes drilled within and around the Revenue Target Deposit. Higher grade within extensive lower grade intervals • The results of drilling to date expand on the size of the Revenue Target deposit and demonstrate the size potential of the deposit. The deposit is open laterally and at depth. • Revenue zone Target Deposit to be upgraded to Inferred Resource.

  22. Stoddart Zone – 2011 Titan 24 Results • Titan Survey identified 12 First Priority Targets medium to high chargeability with medium to low resistivity • Anomalies were identified over a strike length of 2.5km, widths of 2.5km and vertical extents in excess of 500m • One of the 12 First Priority Targets corresponds to the 2007-2008 diamond drilling completed in the Stoddart Zone. This drilling intersected significant Cu-Ag-Au-Mo mineralization • The Stoddart Zone porphyry mineralization may be part of a much larger porphyry system identified in the Nucleus and Revenue Zones, and may extend that porphyry system an additional 3 km along strike

  23. Nucleus, Revenue and StoddartZone – Closing • Nucleus deposit is open laterally and to depth; based on drilling and geophysics – excellent potential to expand the Indicated/Inferred Resource • The results of drilling to date in and around the Revenue zone are highly encouraging as they continue to expand on the size of the Revenue Target deposit and demonstrate the size potential of the deposit. The deposit is open laterally and at depth • Revenue zone Target Deposit to be upgraded to Inferred Resource • Results from the 2010 Titan Survey combined with soil geochemistry and recent drill results from confirms a large scale mineralized system encompassing the Nucleus Deposit and extending east through the Revenue Zone • The Stoddart Zone porphyry mineralization may be part of a much larger porphyry system identified in the Nucleus and Revenue Zones, and may extend that porphyry system an additional 3 km along strike
