GRASS • G- Given- What information is given in the question? • R- Required- What is required in the question? (Look closely for key information) This should be a let x = statement. • A- Analyze the problem- What mathematical equation will you write in order to solve the problem. If you need to write a formula include it in this section (ex. A=l x w) • S- Solve – Remember to show ALL of your work. • S- Statement- Write a complete sentence stating your answer. Be sure to include units (ex. cm)
