  2. WhatisGlitch Art? • Wikipediasays… • Glitch art is the aestheticization of digital or analog errors, such as artifacts and other "bugs", by either corrupting digital code/data or by physically manipulating electronic devices (for example by circuit bending).

  4. How do you do it? • First you select an image of yourchoice. (Schoolappropriate! Of course)

  5. Nextstep • Instead of opening the file like normal, youneed to open in as code. I.E. open itwith a « notepad » program or other simple text editor.

  6. Mess with the code… • But not to much…at first, • Don’t change the code at the beginning of the file. Make sure you go ¾ of the way down first. • Start by addingsomeletters of words. • Save the file and open it in a pictureviewerto check yourwork.
