  3. Please note that all participants in proposals must ensure that they have the authorisation of their organisation to participate in the proposal and any project arising from it. Co-ordinators are advised to ensure that this is the case prior to the submission of the proposal.

EC Lump sum contributions – ICPC countries (i.e. Russia/upper middle income) • Lump sum per person year Euro 20.700, covering ALL costs (personal, travel, equipment, consumables, sub-contracts etc.) • EC funding 75% (15.075€) for “Non- profit public bodies, … education establishments, research organisations and SMEs” and “All other organisations” 50% EC funding • EC definition of person year; 210 days * normal daily working hours (e.g. 8 hrs =1680 hrs/yr) • Reporting; Actual hours worked (time sheets), but “NO certificates on financial statements” (audit etc.)
