PowerRetrieve Search-on-CD • Ability to publish a self contained CD (or set of CD’s) with both the Data set and the Search engine. • Applicable to both scanned electronic TIFF images and PDF files. (no Office Document formats) • CD will run in any PC of a minimum spec of PII, 200MHz with 64 Mb of RAM running Windows 98/ME, NT/2000 pro

PowerRetrieve Search-on-CD • All of the search capabilities within PowerRetrieve still apply to Search-on-CD. • Browse Folders • Label & Property search • Fuzzy Pattern Search • Boolean • Concept(optional extra) • Retrieved documents can be Printed, Faxed or automatically attached and emailed. (any MAPI compliant Email system)

PowerRetrieve Search-on-CD • Replaces the old PowerCD Publish operation. • Index/Search-on-CD records a self contained executable of the search engine on the CD. • Only good for that file room on that CD (set) • Can not use Search-on-CD to search on any other file room on any other CD or Network repository. • No limit to the number of Cabinets or Folders per CD other than its physical size. PowerRetrieve – Index/Search-on-CD

PowerRetrieve Search-on-CD • There is NO limit to the number of file rooms that can be built, therefore no limit to the number of CD data sets. • There is NOlimit to the number of copies per CD data set. • There is NO limit in time. This license is UNLIMITED. • This license does not allow for the Search engine or the data set held on the CD’s to be sold to ANY third party, all CD’s produced are NFR. Time & Volume Unlimited NFR
