Whether you work for a major corporation or a small business, Worklink Hub consolidates team communication and collaboration to help you accomplish more. You can work remotely with your team and develop your projects by gathering the relevant people, conversations, tools, and information. Challenges The current User Interface (UI) itself occasionally appeared drab and unresponsive. Because the user database had to be securely protected, security was a top priority. While the App's concept was intriguing, the execution could use some work. We had a challenge to improve compatibility between various iOS models and devices. The main goal was to enhance the user experience by creating a simple and fluid UI. It was more expensive to get many platform licenses.

Solution: • After understanding the pain point of customers, the communication mobile app was created from scratch.  • We aimed for easy navigation to ensure the proper flow of the App. • A story feature, video-sending capabilities, GIF compatibility, etc. • A content creation and sharing policy was in place. • The App boasted of having both a Dark Mode and a Light Mode. • The App offered easy navigation to ensure the productivity of employees. • made the user experience better by creating a simple, fluid UI. • The software now has a number of features, like GIF compatibility, video sending support, story functionality, etc. • All problems on iOS and Android devices were resolved through thorough third-party testing.
