  1. Digitalization in the world has caused a massive shift in talent acquisition. Now that digital technologies are enabling a new era of talent acquisition, there is access to a plethora of new pools of talent for agencies and companies. In today's world, most recruitment takes place via networking and social media. Within the first decade of their career, 92% of working people used social media to investigate potential employers and look for jobs. Employers have changed how they communicate and approach recruitment after it has rapidly grown in popularity. Approximately 92% of companies are using social media to recruit smartphone users, according to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
