  1. Joseph Girouard Volunteers for Several Causes of Social Concern Joseph Girouard has been a realtor for 12 years and has no plans of retiring since he absolutely loves what he does. He is a popular professional who was recently featured on a popular television show for the second time in a row. In this show, Joseph goes through the steps of house-hunting with his buyers and helps them find and choose a home of their liking near the beach. Joseph Girouard enjoys dealing in homes of all shapes, sizes, areas, and price ranges. He is someone who adapts to a new location rather quickly and adjusts to the never-ending change. He totally understands the stresses his clients face, and in that order, tries his best to shield them from any issues by solving problems behind the scenes. He also considers himself a strong negotiator. As a child, Joseph Girouard used to move very frequently with his family but New York City always had his heart, and that is where he decided to settle after his marriage. He is leading a happy life with his wife, a son, and his dog Goofy!
