Through effective management methods, the work environment can be enhanced to increase productivity. The meeting and company day facilitation is regulated by business psychology. Things such as team building and board development are also included in this model. The Individual If an organization wants to create a better working environment for the employees, it is evident that each individual has to be kept in mind. With constant feedback, employee engagement surveys, and company expectations, one can analyze the employees' happiness ratio. Proper feedback also helps the management understand the individual needs of the employees. With the help of reformative techniques, the individual satisfaction rate can be improved drastically. Organizational Development The purpose of business psychology is to increase productivity and efficiency by making employees happier. Therefore, the organization's overall development has to be kept in mind. Business psychologists work on talent management audits and organizational due diligence. Employee benchmarking and turnover analysis is also a powerful tool for developing organizational goals. Training Business psychologists aim at improving the efficiency of each person. Therefore, they might either provide individual coaching or team training to employees. Individual Coaching Individual coaching allows the employee to increase their self-awareness. They get to evaluate their performance in light of the organization. Through individual coaching, employees learn about how they can personally improve their efficiency and productivity. The business psychologist providing individual coaching could either be a consultant, a mentor, or a coach. The title depends on the experience of the training individual and the level of training offered. Organizational Training Organizational training includes things such as soft-skill training for an entire group along with leadership development. It aims at increasing the entire organization's efficiency instead of aiming at one individual and working with their strengths and weaknesses. Endnotes
