1. Website Advertising rates and Guidelines Submitting copy. Maximum word count Submitted copy must be of no more than 50 words and no less than 15 Website link If you supply a website address the advert will show a hyperlink to your site which when clicked will open in a new window. Image formats Images must be in .jpg format and at least 100 pixels width but no larger than 500 pixels wide. It is better to supply a well proportioned by checking that its width is no more than twice its height (landscape), or its height is no more than twice its width (portrait). The image is important, as its job is to attract attention and draw the eye toward your message. Prices and advert locations Prices are graded according to their position and on how many pages they appear. As you would expect, we track page visits and can follow trends that enable us to place your adverts in the best positions. Home Page: £90 plus VAT per calendar month (limited space) The home page advert is an exclusive position designed to display your message alongside site news and content. This advert also appears in our resources and export sections and on the contact and patrons pages. Events Page: £50 plus VAT per month The most frequently visited page with over 2800 hits every week. Members News Page £30 plus VAT per month This page averages over 2500 hits every week. Terms and Conditions Payments must be received in advance. Advertisers copy must display for at least 30 days but not to exceed 90 days. Submitted copy must be text based in word or .txt format with Maximum word count of 50. All copy is subject to internal review by our marketing department before it can be displayed on the website.
