No. IM/2024/221 REQUIREMENT OF MANPOWER FOR TICKET SUPPORT POSTS FOR INDIAN METRO Indian Metro requires Ticket Support to develop metro culture and help the travellers. Here the key responsibilities are to help travellers by recharging the metro cards and passing the tickets to travel. Eligibility: You have to be passed out on the 12th with a minimum of 50% marks. If there is any related degree or diploma then it is helpful. Both Boys and girls are eligible for this post. Roles and Responcibilities: 1. Issuing and Recharging Metro Cards 2. Travel support by telling metro stations and Routes to travellers. Important: *Vacancies are provisional and subject to increase/ decrease. **The certificate or degree/Diploma must be a full-time regular course, from a Govt. recognized association. Age Limit: i) The age limit of the candidates shall be a maximum of 30 years. 5. Selection Process: Must have the 10th and 12th certificates, and a certificate or diploma in management. First, you have to fill out the form and then merit-based selection will take place. After this an entrance form will be established then the Candidates will have to qualify for the Screening Process. Document Required ● 10th Pass out certificate (Compulsory)

Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Notice. The application should be submitted only once. 2. Fill out the form until the last date 31/03/2024.
