EPA Third EMS Initiative for Municipalities = MUNI III • Two year program (4 phases) to develop EMS • Managed by US EPA and Global Environment and Technology Foundation (GETF) • Requires investment of $15,000 per year • Includes one 2-3 day visit per year by GETF • Includes EMS Rep. training at the start of each Phase • Agree to make outreach efforts to promote EMSs to other governmental agencies and local industries
