  1. Contacts App by Apptivo, Inc. www.apptivo.com CONTACTS APP

CONTACTS • Please click on the Contacts icon found from the list of Apps which will be displayed. • If you are not able to see the Contacts icon, scroll and see the next set with the scroll arrow. • If the Contacts App is not found by default, go to App store from where you would be able to add this App. • On clicking “Contacts” you can see the contacts dashboard. click “create” for creating new contacts field. • For further assistance in Video please check our YouTube video by clicking on the link

  3. Contacts Map gives a clear idea of how the Contacts App is integrated with other Apps. Shows how opportunities, suppliers Customers and Employees are integrated with contacts. Shows how it is connected to customers and take order tasks . Shows how it follow up with other tasks and appointments. Overall this is a clear map on how Contact App is connected to all other Apps in Apptivo. Once you click on the green “Go to Contact App” will take you to the App.

  4. To create contacts On clicking create ,the window will suggest to add basic contact information which consists of only 4 fields. Once saved this will be added to your contacts.

  5. To upload Contacts You could upload contacts into your contact database. On clicking Upload Contacts ,the window will suggest to upload the templates of contact lists.

  6. On clicking download Apptivo will provide you a format excel sheet in which you could input all details you need.

  7. Once you input the mandatory fields into the downloaded excel sheet save it in your desktop. Click on browse and select the file which you created and saved with all contact details using the sheet which you downloaded. Once you select the document press “Upload” and this will start uploading the contacts. You would be able to see the progress on upload under “Upload History”

  8. To import Contacts Click on “Import contacts” ,the window will suggest to import the contact lists from google or yahoo.

  9. Click on one of the mail service provider either “Gmail” or “Yahoo” Log in to Gmail or Yahoo using your Gmail or Yahoo credentials and import the contacts from the address book in Gmail or Yahoo..
