Forming a Team • Every projects would need a team which will include Employees and in some case it might also include Customer. • Apptivo allows you to invite Customers and employee to be a viewer in a project. • An email will be sent to persons who have been added to the project for them to view the project inside their Apptivo account.

  3. Team formation 1 2 3 You can assign one of the employee as project manager from the team who is handling the project. You can assign team members for the project on clicking “Add Employee”. You can Add customer team for the project. This field will suggest the details of the customer.

  4. Adding Employee You can select existing team members for the project on clicking “Add Employee”. Suppose your employee member not exists, create new by clicking “add new employees”. New pop up window can generate for adding new employees. After creation, select the employees on clicking "add employee” 1 2

  5. Confirmation of Adding Employee Once you add the employees list , confirmation screen pops up to give you confirmation as peoplehas been added successfully.

  6. A view of Employee team Once you add the employees list , the team members will listed with their mail ID

  7. Adding customer contact You can add customer contact for the project on clicking “Add contact”. Suppose your customer member not exists, create new by clicking New. New pop up window can generate for adding customer name. Point out the customer and select the customer name with Industry. Click next to add 1 3 2 4

  8. Confirmation of Adding customer Once you add the customer’s contact , confirmation screen pops up to give you confirmation as peoplehas been added successfully.
