  2. Emotional Intelligence Leadership Emotionally intelligent leadership is demonstrating to be an even much better forecaster of leadership achievements than intelligent quotient. This is simply because we now comprehend that leaders are foremost a living program and not a device. Intelligent quotient does not estimate the results of living programs very well.
